Fire Station 1 is the main station for putting equipment back in serves after a major fire. It is equipped with the air pack cascade system to refill the airpack bottles.

The equipment is put back in service at the fire location then removed, cleaned and replaced in just the right way to quickly deploy at another fire.
In the training room at Station 1 you will find mementoes of Soddy-Daisy Fire Department back to it's beginning in 1969 and from before the Fire Department was formed |
