Soddy-Daisy City Hall is the location of the General Government, Police Department, Court Room, Court Clerk and Soddy-Daisy Commission Meeting Room.
 | City Manager Janice Cagle is the chief administration officer for the City of Soddy-Daisy. She is responsible for all city employees and the daily operation of the city. |
The Soddy-Daisy City Office is staffed by Marquita Barker, Annette Dolberry and Dot Ingle The office is open weekdays from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. At the City Office you can pay any city fees, reserve the use of any city park or building, request extra trash pickup and check a property plot map. At the same office they handle all City payables and employee concerns.
 On the other side of the lobby you will find the Soddy-Daisy Court Clerks office and the Police Department Records Clerk. |
 | The Soddy-Daisy City Recorder, Sara Burris keeps the minutes of the city commission meetings and is the holder of all the original copies of all City Ordinances. She has custody of and is responsible for maintaining all corporate bonds, records and papers of the City. |

At the meeting of the Board of Commisssioners of the City of Soddy-Daisy on April 20, 2006 City Manager Cagle reported that notification was received from ISO for the new Public Protection Classification of 3. She said that the City is the only, all volunteer, fire department with a Class 3 rating and praised the department, recognizing the officers who worked diligently over the past several years to acquire this rating. She also thanked the Board for their approval of purchases to help achieve this.
