On Sunday the 22nd of April 2007 the Soddy-Daisy Police Department and Soddy-Daisy Fire Department responded to a car and motorcycle crash on Thrasher Pike.
Witnesses said the Motorcycle was west bound on Thrasher Pike and crossed the line striking the car that was east bound.
The driver of the motorcycle was reported to have flown over the car while the motorcycle bounced back landing in the middle of the road.
The driver was checked by EMS and was found to not be injured.
No one in the car was injured.
The railroad tracks were closed to train traffic for a short time however vehicle traffic was allowed to pass under direction of police officers.
Soddy-Daisy Police Officers are investigating.
